Here you are able to find out about decision making and individuals who represent you. Decisions can be made by the Executive (8 Executive Members either meeting as a whole or making individual (Portfolio Holder) decisions), the Council (all Members meeting as a whole) or by a Committee/Sub-Committee.  

You can examine agendas, reports and minutes of any meeting (including the Executive), and find out about Members.

Please note that all public Agendas, Minutes and decision documents are available from 1 January 2000 onwards. Prior to this time, extracts from the Council's Minute Books are available for each calendar year (1973 - 1999 inclusive). These records are fully searchable. Some Minute extracts are large and may take time to load.
